Baverly Tours Terms and Conditions for Internal and External Trips
Terms and Conditions for Bookings
At Baverly Tours, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services for both internal and external trips. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and logistics, the following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through our company. The client understands that Baverly Tours is not obligated to provide any additional information beyond what is stated in these terms.
- Non-refundable Payments:
All payments made for internal and external trip bookings are non-refundable. This policy is enforced to protect Baverly Tours from potential losses in the event of cancellations or modifications by the client. Once the booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds, whether partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances. The client has no right to request any additional information from Baverly Tours regarding this term. - Booking Confirmation:
Once payment is received, the booking is considered confirmed. No refunds will be issued if the client changes the travel date, destination, or trip details. Baverly Tours reserves the right to impose additional fees depending on the nature of the request. The client has no right to request any further information from Baverly Tours regarding the booking. - Company Losses:
Due to the nature of the travel industry and the arrangements made in advance for bookings, cancellations or refund requests cause significant financial losses to Baverly Tours. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation costs, accommodation bookings, and tour arrangements secured by Baverly Tours on behalf of the client. The client has no right to request any further information from Baverly Tours regarding these losses or arrangements. - Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events:
While Baverly Tours makes every effort to ensure smooth execution of all trips, we are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, Baverly Tours will attempt to offer alternative solutions if possible, but no refunds will be issued. The client has no right to request any further information from Baverly Tours regarding these events or policies. - Client Responsibility:
The client is responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (such as visas and passports) are valid and complete before the trip. Baverly Tours will not be held accountable for cancellations or inability to travel due to incomplete or incorrect documents, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. The client has no right to request any further information from Baverly Tours regarding this term. - Acceptance of Terms:
By completing the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated above. This agreement is binding, and no exceptions will be made unless authorized in writing by Baverly Tours management. The client has no right to request any additional information not stipulated in these terms.
